Learn together.
Build what matters.

AgenticGHX is a community run between Ghana and its diaspora: weekly talks, honest discussions, mentorship, and a fellowship that takes you from curious to shipping. We solve hard, local problems together — hackathons and bounties are how we practice, the people are the point. We start where we know best — Ghana — and grow with the continent.

Ali Oku · New York Genome Center

Application of single-cell foundation model (scFM) embeddings — Ali Oku · New York Genome Center

Foundation models trained on millions of single cells turn a cell's expression profile into an embedding — a vector you can compute with. Ali works with these models as a bioinformatics analyst at the New York Genome Center, and will walk through what the embeddings actually capture, where they help, and where they mislead.

The problem board

Problems are our curriculum — the most honest way to learn is to build something a real person needs.

This org runs on agents we built

Metrics, application scoring, grant scanning, comms, sponsor briefs, deal memos — six agents in production, built by our own members, soon open source. We teach what we practice: even our operations are a learning project you can contribute to.
